Upcoming dormancy question

I have a question about light requirements during VFT and Sarr winter dormancy. Winter temps in central AZ can get below freezing for several days at a time. I can keep them in a garage so they don't get killed, but the garage has no windows. Keeping them near a sunny window would mean they're seeing temps around 72 °F and that might force them out of dormancy prematurely.
Would a simple incandescent bulb be sufficient lighting during dormancy or should I invest in grow lights? If so. I welcome recommendations and advice.
TIA

Light isn't an issue during dormancy. I keep mine in my windowless garage for three to four months, and I've never lost one in dormancy.

I should probably add that I'm in Tennessee, so my garage will stay low 40's to high 30's during this entire period. In Arizona, your mileage may vary
