I've had this VFT outside giving it an extra hour every of direct sunlight. Today is the 8th day so 8 hours. How long will it take it to start growing new traps?

Does this VFT look OK? I started acclimating it July 21st. Letting it get an extra hour of sun every day. Recently we had rain everyday for about a week.
