My VFT's have been sending up stalk for the past three weeks and some plants have multiples of them so I am hoping to get many seeds.

If either you or insects pollinate the flowers, you will get seeds for sure!

Those are some big, healthy looking flower stalks. With good pollination and subsequent good care afterwards, you'll definitely get quite a lot of seed!
