Some of my temperate stuff is waking up also. I'm seeing new growth on my Akai Ryu, my FTS Maroon Monster, and a few temperate Dews.

I think they got enough sleep and just feel like waking up.

Good growing,
Mike

My D. Intermedia are doing the same thing; the hibernaculum are starting to open. My binatas have already woken up despite being in the cool garage so I moved them to the house lol...

At least y'all's plants went dormant. It's been so warm here a few of my s. alata haven't even gone dormant. They are still popping up new pitchers.

Same here. All of my Sars and vfts had about a 3 week dormancy outside in my garden. Now they look like theyre perking up already. Theyll probably be ok this year, but i was hoping for a better sleep than that lol... its been a strange winter around these parts

For the last 3 years, my plants have "woke up" between mid January and Mid February. I think timing is about right. Even when I kept them in a garage/controlled environment, they just seem to know what time of the year it is.
