I am not sure if you have tried this before, but I love the idea:
How about a product like a mystery box, but instead for only one plant, and at a variety of sizes (young, young adult, etc.)
This way you guys could sell clones that you have extras of at a small discount to a buyer...
Just a suggestion.

I actually noticed that shipping is a fairly low price (usually around 6.20 or less for bareroot). Under 7 is a good price for shipping. :D

I believe it is a good price for the speed of the shipping as well (usually only 2-3 days)

Sometimes mystery boxes contain 5 or 6 different varieties. It all depends on what we have on had at the time of the order. We could potentially guarantee three random varieties, but that would be more work for us and thus the cost would be higher...

I have always supported the "get free shipping when you spend __" (I think 50 is a reasonable number).
Or, you could have a premium membership that is, say, 50 dollars a year and it gives you insider access to the plants and free shipping.
