Hey guys,

I start to really get into TC. I made some media which worked nice without contamination. so i wanted to know if my sterilization protocol would work for Explants seeds.

seeds i got:
D. Rotundifolia
D. Burmanii
D. Muscipulia
D. Capensis

Explants:

some VFT

-wash in destillted water with/without antibacterial soap 2-3 min (skip for seed)
-quick dip in 70-90% isopropyl (skip for seed)
-let soak in 3% H2O2
seeds: 3 min
explant 15 min
-rinse 2 times in sterilized, distilled water

would this work ?

and do i need Clorox bleach ?
