Nice! Yours looks good. Keep in mind I use LEDs so the leaves won't grow as big, but the stem/pitchers will get bigger. Do you know how old yours is?

Well, in any other plant, bright green is generally the color, to new growth.
With neps. All the "baby pictures" all look brown and dried up. That's one thing that bugs me with neps. All the new growing pitchers start out looking dri3d, brown, dead.

Could some one shoe me a dead or "aborted" pitcher, opposed to a living one

It's always looked like one... well, except when it refused to pitcher last year.... honestly it's my most finicky nepenthes.
