So just to start this off with, I live in northern England, uk, so as you can guess not a whole lot of sun. The container has no water drainage at all and no airvents (although I do take it off once a day and blow into it to get new air into it as well as some fresh co2). Now that the some of the seeds are growing what do I do now? Am I fine to leave them in it just as they are or will I have to move them into a different type of environment?

Yeah! I sprinkled about 30 on top of the moss about 1/2 weeks ago? I've never grown these before, what are the supposed to look like? These are extremely new btw, I only noticed them today. Prehaps that has something to do with it?

I'm gonna be proper gutted if these aren't them. I don't know what else they could be :(

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iVXHeggQ_Ew&t=61s this here is a good example. I hope you didnt get scammed with fake seeds, maybe its just the case where your moss had some grass seeds along with it or something. If they were sowed only 1/2 week ago its not time for them to sprout yet, assuming the seeds were real seeds, it takes them somewhere to a month. Can you tell me where you bought those seeds? also i just realized what in the world are you using as your soil? I cant tell what that is.
good read here btw http://www.flytrapcare.com/growing-venu ... -from-seed

Sorry, but those are not Venus Flytrap seedlings. And the pot should have drainage or the plants will rot. That's a super large container with barely any medium? I guess you will see what you are growing when they get larger..
Real vft seedlings look like the pictures below

Now that I've looked at the examples you have provided me I agree that these are not Venus fly traps :(. I bought 100 of them off eBay but they had good reviews so I assumed they where legit. And the soil is the sphagnum moss, unless this is also not what I thought

They look like VFT to me! Just a few weeds mixed in. Give them another week of high humidity or until you think most have germinated then open your container up to normal air.

hey jake, looks like opinions are differing, so can you get us a clearer shot of those seeds without all the debrie?

I feel terrible about this but I would be glad to pack up about 20 of my seedlings and send them to you in a small box. I have way more than I need. I guess it would take about 5 days to get to you and I have never actually shipped small plants. Who knows! They might like it better in the U.K. than here.

From your first set of photos, I would say that those are 100% definitely not flytrap seedlings. Flytraps will not grow a stem like that.

From your second set of photos, it's harder to tell. However, unless you think you somehow got a mix of different seeds and for some reason they are different from the seedlings you showed in the first set of photos, they most likely are not fly trap seedlings.

Sorry for the bad news :( It's hard to find reliable vfts seeds online outside of cp specialty stores.

Ebay stores get good reviews because people send happy reviews when they get the seeds on time. No one waits for the seeds to grow to post a review.

Try the seed bank on here, you should be able to get actual VFT seeds.

Also, you're going to need a different substrate. The seeds should be planted in a peatmoss/perlite mix or long-fiber sphagnum moss, not whatever dead moss that is in the picture. And you'll need drainage, especially since the ideal is to plant the seeds in a pot that they can stay in for at least a few months.
