How cold the refrigerator gotta be to start the stratification?

Around 40ish°F. Just don't freeze them, and make sure there's something moist with the seeds too.

I keep my refrigerator at the recommended 37 degrees and have had successful stratification with this temperature. You can't fluctuate the temperature too much or it won't properly store food
