Apparently VFTs can have some health benefits when taken in a liquid or capsule form. From the American Cancer Society: http://www.cancer.org/docroot/eto/conte ... lytrap.asp

I'm not a total stranger to herbal supplements, and in many cases, I think they can be much better for you than prescription or OTC drugs. But I'm not entirely convinced by this stuff yet. I spouted my opinion in more depth in my blog. ;)

What do you guys think?

Oh oh okay I finally actually read the whole post. But that's awesome! Finding new benefits in plants :D to fight diseases. I wonder what a sundew will do?
