Plant ID please

Hello All,
I seen this plant in my future Mother in laws yard. planted in with her shrubs an her Hydrangea While i was in Oklahoma this weekend. Any clues ?

i think this is a gold dust plant (Aucuba japonica 'Vaiegata')
