What chemical does everyone use to contain mold on Cephs and Helis. I don't have any mold on my Helis but i noticed some white mold on one of my Cephs. I quarantined my Ceph that has mold on it. I also reduced the humidity.

Yep, as Allen said, any sulfur based fungicide will work. This is the one I use when I need to:


The only reason I chose it is because Home Depot had it in stock and the active ingredient is 12% sulfur.

FYI, the other common route for fungicide is copper-based fungicide, which is a no-no. Copper-based will kill CP's. Good luck man.

I did a lot of research and asked questions about Neem. I could not find the brand "safer" in my local nursery but i did find that the fungicide products that they had had Neem in it. They wanted $23.99 for the product called "fungicide 3". That brand uses 70% Neem extract. I bought Neem about a month ago just b/c i heard that I should have it. I mixed the Neem extract as noted on the bottle and sprayed one of my smaller Cephs that I had a little mold on the outside.We shall see if that works. The mold has not spread everywhere but I wanted to control it before that happens.

Is it ok to spray the soil with the Neem solution?

Yes you can hit the soil with neem.
