I have a Cobra Lily but none of the traps have the appendage bit (see photo) i see in other photos online of them.
Any comments ? It is a number of years old now.

That is not a Cobra Lily its S. x Scarlet Belle. Sorry.

Got sold as one years ago :/ Thanks for clearing it up for me, its still one of me fav pitchers.
Yes i see now im googling images.

I see googling that a lot of people have been sold them as Cobra Lilys too

Yes, I almost got stung once too, in my case it was on ebay. Still, its a nice plant. Very healthy looking.
