In early July I wun a D. Capensis from Mike ( Shadowtski ) along with a D. Capensis Bainskloof. Well the cutting has finally sprouted some small babies off it. I'm not sure how long and should leave it in its jar and what to do with it after that. Any help would be great.

not a great pick but...

I generally pot them up as soon as they have decent leaves - being out of the water will encourage them to develop roots. They do need to be kept at very high humidity at first and may require slightly burying parts of the original leaf to get the plantlets to stay put.

Great job HP!
I might do some cuttings with my D. Intermedia and D. Affinis soon, any tips?

I would pot them when roots developed.

I did what mike said. Cut them up into smaller Perseus, dropped them into water, pushed them under , covered with Saran Wrap and waited and waited and waited lol
