When I got this plant two month ago it was green now some of the pitcher are turning orange can you tell me whats happening

The orange part is matured and starting to die. It's normal. You can gently remove it when it's fully dried up. Your plant looks very healthy so it's going to divide soon.

The orange pitcher just opened same as the one on the left probably just lighting I have them pretty close to the lights

In most cases red color come from cold nights and massive lighting, and orange means the leaf just getting old, close to the end, but usually still functional.

Since feeding can damage pitchers over time, its always a good idea to feed only the old/orange ones.
