So I've been looking everywhere here in Greece for carnivorous plant soil. All I found was peat with 5.8ph and with salts 1.7.Is it safe to use? I don't have any other solution.

We have no flytrap stores here in Greece and my parents won't let me buy online

sorry I didn't read your question correctly. people flush the soil with rain water or distilled water to clean out the solids. I don't know what the solids should be. maybe a more knowledgeable grower will jump in and answer your question.
