The original plant I made the thread on is no longer with us but I do have one I’ve grown for almost a year! Here it is.

FTS Maroon Monster does get quite large! But I don't think it will stand up to the best of the green giants...

Are you repotting all your plants? I think this will be my next purchase, when it comes back in stock.

Yes I repotted most of my plants so far and have quite a lot available for sale. Including FTS Maroon Monster

Do you have a list of what's available?

Not a list but I know for sure I have DCXL, Alien, Jaws, FTS Flaming Lips, and FTS Maroon Monster.

How big are they? Interested in a MM, And Alien. I already have a DC XL and Flaming Lips.

Premium size.... .86+ inch rhizome
Large size......... .46-.85 inch rhizome
Medium size..... .36-.45 inch rhizome
Small size.........under .35 inch rhizome

These are what I think the size categories should be but I would like a second opinion or two.
The MM I have are all small and so are the Alien VFTs

This plant is growing on par with some of the green flytraps in terms of vigor, very awesome!

Yep! I think FTS Maroon Monster is widely considered the most vigorous and best giant red-leafed flytrap. I know it is the best one I've grown. I sure did get lucky when I germinated that seed way back in 2009! Credit goes to Stephen Doonan for making the cross and sending me the seeds.

I'm very curious to see if FTS Incredible Red Hulk can rival FTS Maroon Monster this year. You (Adrien) and Jeremiah are growing it, along with a couple of other people who I've sent plants to over the years. Hoping you all on the "evaluation team" can show what this plant is capable of. Once I get to Missouri and put up a nice greenhouse, which is looking likely to happen this winter, I should be able to see exactly what this plant can do.
