Hi alanmota2004. I have some rooted upper cuttings of N. I 'Miranda'. I could let one go for $20, shipping included (only to lower 48 USA). Or if you want both, I can do $30. Can send photos when I can get home. Let me know if interested. Thanks.

You can find medium-ish plants of those species in your price range fairly easily if you look.
