I finally caught one of my D. sessilifolia flowers opened today. One of my white flowered form D. capillaris showed me a flower too.

They are so pretty. I like how simple they look even though you know how complex a flower really is.
It almost seems a shame they don't last longer.

I'm jealous brother! I have still yet to catch one of my sessifolia flowers open. Any other drosera no problem, that one not so much. Great pics too!

Haha thanks. Yeah I'd say it was probably the 50th one to open in that pot and I finally saw one. Today my first ever D. burmannii flower opened and I caught it. Pic below.

Well I just caught a D. intermedia flower open too. That's the first time I've seen this species bloom as well. That's 3 new species I've seen for the first time. Not a bad weekend.
