ok so im pretty new to carnivorous plant growing? i recently got vft seeds (3) and they started germinating today. i placed them on top of soil inside a small terrarium that came with the package. it is currently 8 pm, and my seeds were in indirect sunlight (the southern windowsill) since 3 pm, so perhaps for a couple of hours. would it be okay to place them under a 13 watt ottlite task lamp? the package said to give a lot of indirect sunlight. im really confused. the lamp emits heat, however i can adjust it so that it isnt directly above the plastic, and it burns. can i get some help lol sorry if this is confusing

No. Use t5ho lights or energy saving CfL bulbs (specs 6500k @1600 lumens) at least!
