Hi guys, just wanna know if this white bug is a springtail or a aphid.

Was hoping to get an answer from you expert, as I notice some of you around the forum have say that spring tail actually eat up the fungus, as I notice mine fungus has actually decrease after this bug appear, so again I took a video and post it on YouTube as it isn't that clear but hopefully you guys can verify it for me.

Thanks in advance.
P.S I got a better quality of the video but just that I don't know how come is that bad when I upload it on YouTube.

It will get better quality in like 10 minutes (if you uploaded the high quality version). YouTube takes a while to process it.

I only record it in like less than 2 mins and I can't find anywhere which I can upload in a higher quality.

If they're skinny, white, and hop or crawl quickly around, they're springtails. If they're round, slow-moving, and largely don't move, those are aphids.
