At first it thought it was not doing so good, but it survived for more than a month unlike my previous minor which died in less than a week. My simple conditions of top watering with cold water everyday seems to be working. Looking closer at the photos,i see some sort of growth at the middle, when i realised what it was, I was shocked and really happy. I took the real plant and checked, yep it was a new leaf! Any advices on this plant and anyone can tell how is my minor doing based on the pics? Thanks so much!

Appears to be healthy as evidenced from the new growth, although it would certainly appreciate more light. Ideally at least the tops of the pitchers will have a bit of color flushed out.
