Not trying to disappoint you, but it's going to more than a year or two before you get uppers. Even in ideal conditions, it's definitely one of the slowest growing nepenthes. Good luck with it!

Plus some lowii grow faster then others, genetics

Holy LORD! I'm so jealous - mine is like a tiny 1.5 year old plant. It's literally like 1/20th the size of yours. Also how much did you pay if you don't mind me asking?

Nepenthes lowii more like nepenthes slowii man this plant grows slower then a red wood tree.
