Are 14 Watt T3 CFL good for Venus Fly Traps?

The wattage seems low. Though if you have the VFT in the lamp fixture it'll probably be ok. I have used a 5 watt led in a desk lamp on a sundew, but the sundew was basically touching the bulb. You could try it.

What kind of CFL bulb should I use when growing vfts? Any of these any good?
