One of my flytraps (BCPZ11) isn't growing any new traps. It's in a south facing window with other VFT's that are doing great, so I think it's getting enough light. I've been watering it about once every week or so. I water from the bottom and then dump a little water on the top after it has soaked for an hour or so. So I think it's getting enough light. It gets about 4 - 6 hours of light. I only use distilled water. It's planted in moss. The traps that have already sprouted seem to be developing fine, but most of the traps are turning black and dying. I cut a flower stalk off of it about 2 weeks ago when it was 3" long. Any idea what is going on?

What kind of moss is it planted in?
It may need a bit more water.
How new is it?

Looks like LFSM from FTS with a bit of algae in it which means it may be a bit on the moist side, but not terribly so.

Also agreed that the stall is likely just from cutting the flower stalk.

In addition, if your other plants are doing well in identical conditions, then I would not worry.
