Hi everyone may you guys help me decide which lighting should use led or floursent which of these are best for my growing condition, okay I grow my neps in a stand up greenhouse in my garage and it that bright in there and here in Texas we are suffering cool days , and cold nights my garage is insulated, so at night is basically 50 degrees in the garage , and outside is 40 to 30 degrees. So should I go with better spectrum or heat, I need some opinions.
