It's been a couple years since I've been active on the forum but, I finally upgraded to a newer phone. I joined up again because I had my first successful dormancy but due to some unfortunate events they were eaten by the horse! This is what I have left to work with. Happy growing (:

Dormancy is a period in an organism's life cycle when growth, development, and (in animals) physical activity are temporarily stopped. So here i have given a definition to people who actually dont know what dormancy means.
I hope your horse is still fine!
Very good description Sonia! The horse is normal if not healthier than usual. The look on her face when I gasped at the remains was "bring it plant boy"

Here's the update. I'm no cameraman but the plant, In- Person appears to robust and healthy. The new traps are healthy. Unsure if I should repot to divide now, or leave lt for thia upcoming growing season. Thoughts?

Here is the update on my plant. I currently have my newzealand long fibered spaghnum moss coming in the mail with growstone perilite alternative. I put it back in just spaghnum peat and live moss around the roots and here is the result in just 2 days. Btw I only repotted because my pot fell on the ground. Also, for the time being I used styrofoam temporarily to aerate the soil until my product arrives. ImageImage
