I have some vft here and every new leaves didnt last...what is wrong?

Looks fine to me. What type of water do you give them? How much Sun?

I water them with collected rain water and they grow under full sun. 9 hours of direct sunlight.

But can the patioles or it condition tell you something that it need...it just like medical check up. Just want to know maybe i could change something.

It's bright green and not getting all leggy and skinny, so it's healthy. A trap or two occasionally turning black is absolutely normal, the old ones do that to make room for new ones. You have it in perfect VFT conditions, no need to change anything.
