This is the only peat moss brand that was available to me in Hawaii, i'm sure you can find something better in your location if you live in the continental us.

This stuff works well in my opinion and I can get the runoff when I wash the media to about <5ppm.

It's not I'm my local lowes they don't sell I already bought peatmoss pearlite mix from flytrap care because my local hardware stores to don't sell safe peatmoss or pearlite they all have fertilizer

I use the Home Depot store in Weatherford (about 20 minutes north of you) for peat, and they carry the same brand erikHIplants linked. Lowes usually does too, and they were probably just out of stock on the day when you looked for it. I would check again. These stores do carry it.
