Can anybody tell me what plant is this? It look like moss.

It looks like some sort of selaginella (spike moss)

It might be Selaginella Kraussiana, but I'm not too familiar with the selaginella family.

Ah, spike moss, we have this everywhere in java, usually around ponds or bodies of water, but this kind is not common here.
