I use the Frigidaire AC for my setup at home. Really helps a lot during the summer. However, if you're going to be growing any true UHL species like N. villosa or N. lamii it might not be enough, since the coldest I could get it was around mid 50s.

Yeah, just regular highland. I've decided to build my own plexiglass grow box and use Peltier chips to cool it
