I unfortunately do not have the item I removed from the mouth of the plant that is black

I am a nubie to the owning of venues fly traps and I have found like a human being choked so can a variety of carnivorous plants like if you are not careful with firtelizer beads a bead can get stuck in a mouth of the plant and the mouth will die off like any other plant
