I'm no expert on Nepenthes (or much of anything for that matter), but it looks like Alata.

Nepenthes x ventrata. It's usually mislabeled as Nepenthes alata for whatever reason.

Is that your first Nepenthes? Just stick it in that window behind it in the picture there and treat it like a regular houseplant, but water a bit more often so the soil's always moist on top. If you have hard water in your area you'll want to find another water source as the plant won't like it.
