Hi, I'm using three daylight LED tubes for my indoors setup.

I measured a shutter speed of 1/160 - 1/200 at iso 100 f8. That's a Barry factor of about 150%. I think it's something close to 1000 lumens per square foot. I keep my lights at 2" distance from the pots.

I'm interested in growing the easier sundews (spatulata, tokensis, aliciae, and, capensis)
I would be grateful for any suggestion.

My only suggestion would be to somehow block the light in more. It seems like you may be losing a lot of light out the sides, ends, and even the top.

Happy growing!

Thank you. The maximum I can get is a shutter speed of 1/250, that's 1000 lumens per square foot (10763 lux).

I noticed that ICPS recommends at least 15000 lux for Drosera, I'll see how thing will work with 10763 lux. Despite the lower value, some of my sundews turned red.

I give my sundews 16 hours of artificial light. The light source is at 2" distance from the pots. The flower stalks don't get illuminated much and I'm wondering if that's a problem? 95% of the light falls on the rosette. The flower stalks touch the LED tubes and go upwards, fortunately the tubes don't heat up at all.
