sea anmones are cnidarians, related to jellyfish  , some of them can actaully become jelly fish (but that's a different subject altogether lol) they are polyps attached to a hard suface, and they capture prey with their tentacles, they are carnivorous animals.

:o omg...you obviously have not been taught biology...what are they doing with childrens' brains in Canada! lol jk, I'm sure you'll learn these things later, you're still young. the sea anemones do not produce chlorophyll and is in no way part plant. It is a predatory animal, ok?
and that pic was not of a "leaf thingy" it is an animal that can also obtain energy from photosynthesis. It's a sea slug.

That's certainly not the first animal like this - check out the Euglena viridis:) or hydra viridissima, but this only lives with symbiotic algae. The hydras are cool animals by the way, I kept them in aquariums:) Especially the green ones are awesome. A hydra can reach a size even up to 3cm so they're not that small

Interesting discovery. Reminds of me of the mushroom-fish, they found(Two different species). Millions of years old & all. ;) I had a strange lucid dream, of this mix between, a tropical pitcher, worm & whatever else. :geek:

It could boil the inside of its body with water & was translucent. :o If it does exist, its probably friendly, perhaps. I'm sure it could be make one heck of a cup of tea for ya. Have a good day, all!

Seeds received. Thanks Chef and donors!

Counting to infinity.
