Just received my new Native Exotics order! I was an idiot and asked for a heat pack because I was too excited about making my order to see where they were ;-; ugh. But they gave me one anyway for free and I thought that was really nice of them to do.

It is so small and adorable! This might be one of my smallest Nepenthes.

My room is perfect for highlanders odd as that is. I wish I was able to grow lowlanders too.

I was considering getting a lowii from them, but I hear that they prefer night temps to drop into the fifties (although this could be misinformation, I cannot remember the source), and I can only accomplish dropping temps into the low sixties. Either way, I think it may be a little out of my environmental capabilites, so I bought a macfarlanei, which should arrive today! Good luck, and be patient with it! :D

Post pictures when you get it! I didn't expect my Lowii to be so small, but I don't mind. It's absolutely adorable

It's grown a whole new leaf just in the short time I've had it!

Awesome! And yes I was very excited to see it grow that fast because of everything I've heard about the growth rate

During shipment, what they had put over the pot, so the sphagnum moss not fall over ?

I've noticed that the N. macfarlanei seems to grow pretty quick for me. It has put out one and a half leaves already. The N. peltata, on the other hand, is much slower.

Correction: one and a half, two and a half leaves would be insane!
