So,I have 2 different originated D.falconeri cultures,one growes in vitro for many years and is normally rosseted,but another is just induced from callus tissue,it is upright,looks like tuberous spiecies……Any explanation? :lol:

That's definitely odd. How long has the plant been on that same media? How often is media changed for the one that has been invitro for years?

I have never seen anything quite like it! My best guess is that either a mutation occured, or the plant is reacting to a stimulus. Hypothetically, something is different with the environment, which could have provoked a response. I feel that for any of us to figure out what is going on, we would need more information.

I mean it is a clone that has long been introduced in vitro,rather than growing on the same midium without fresh medium change :lol:
