Hi folks! Please take a look at my trap and let me know what I am doing wrong. It started out as an indoor trap and was placed on the window sill with about 4 hours of sun each day. Then i moved it outside and noticed it was thriving better. However the leaves are browning...does that mean I put it I'm the sun too long? Thank you for your help.

Good thing is you have new growth in the middle, if it is really hot where you are keep it out of the strongest light of the day until the new growth springs up.

Most likely yes it has suffered from sunburn. When you move a plant from indoors to outdoors it will suffer some die off due to acclimating to the sun. Your new growth in the middle looks very healthy and all your new traps coming up should be acclimated to the increased sunlight. I wouldn't worry too much about the old dead traps.

Yeah, that's sunburn, but the new leaves will be hardened, so there's no need to worry. Since the damage is already done, just leave the plant where it is and let it fill in with new growth as the sunburned leaves die off.
