Hello! I'll make this short. Question one is for this guy:

Image

It was my first Sundew and perhaps I didn't acclimate it as well as I should. Anyway, the new growth looks great and I was wondering if I should cut the other dead ends off/the whole leaves/or just leave it alone?

Second question is about this one:

Just got this guy and it appears as if there are a few tiny little sundews at the base of this is you look real close. Are those separate plants???

Thanks!

You can(not compulsory) cut the leaves that are fully dead as partially dead leaves can also photosythesize and even dewless leaves!
You can also leave them as they are but your pot will become full of dead material over period of time.
They are separate plants. You can separate them whenever you want.

The first plant I would leave alone until the leaves are completely brown. Any part that's still green is still photosynthesizing.

The second plant seeds like crazy and often becomes a weed. You will likely see a lot more seedlings like that after it flowers.
