Looks more ventricosa to me then ventrata. It's hard to say.
Lighting can change the coloring of the pitchers a bit.

Either way it's one or the other

I would agree with SFLguy, N. x ventrata or some sort of messy ventrata/alata hybrid with a heavier alata influence. The peristome and pitcher shape show strong N. ventricosa traits, but it's definitely not pure N. ventricosa due to the presence of wings.
