I bought this last year from Sloat Gardens. I think the grower was Rocket Farms, but I've lost the tag. Thanks!

Looks more ventricosa to me then ventrata. It's hard to say.
Lighting can change the coloring of the pitchers a bit.

Either way it's one or the other

I would agree with SFLguy, N. x ventrata or some sort of messy ventrata/alata hybrid with a heavier alata influence. The peristome and pitcher shape show strong N. ventricosa traits, but it's definitely not pure N. ventricosa due to the presence of wings.

I went to the nursery's website and submitted online form with my question.

A grower at the nursery emailed me back confirming that it is a N. alata.

99.9% of "N. alata" from a standard garden store or nursery is actually ventrata...
