I have had success many times.
Good job tish they look good
Thanks Cory! I seems to have problem with Burmannii in water, they always rot/die off.

There was this black any lurking in my pot, I think it's a Queen, I left it on the adelae leaf and instead of getting trapped, the queen had a great time drinking up all the beads of dew :D

The last time I was at the horde up construction area. I harvest some seeds from a old flower stalk, there was only 2 flower pod with seeds trapped left. I sowed some of them in peat/perlite mix.

Nepenthes Gracilis Canberra Park, SG

For my own reference
tish wrote:Anyway just showing you what is going on with my sphagnum.

30 Oct When it first came was in a pack, flatten.

28 Nov The peat was really a thin layer, I kept the sphagnum in a container with many holes on top. mist with low ppm water when ever I can, once every 2 days?

29 Dec, Today, some are already touching the cover of the container.

I would like to share a very simple tip on how I take photographs with my smartphone camera(13mp).

I have a Samsung Note 3, it comes with a 13 mega pixel camera, not the best in the market (See Sony Z2 and Z3 - 20MP) I use it mainly for my macro photos on my carnivorous plants now. It has 95% replace my DSLR for macro shots. Here's how I does it.

Samsung note 3 camera app has a good zoom in function. I usually maximise it to 2.0 times digital zoom. The subject (plant) has to be in good lightings (my T5 grow light) When I need to go for more zoom and smaller subjects. I attach a mobile phone clip on macro lens. (Link). It helps alot!

Ask me anything, I will answer on this topic.

Here's a video on my camera and the clip on macro lens

Thanks for the updates Tish, I also find that Humpty Doo has an extreme almost sterile-like germination rate, regardless of the grower who sent me the seeds.
