I don't see anywhere where that says it is pure silica sand. All purpose sand is usually not 100% silica. However, Quikrete pool sand, which is 100% silica, has been suspect in my personal experience anyway. Others have said it has not caused them problems.

Thats should be the right one from my previous searches. But they could be slightly wrong size. I forgot, i think this could be 20 gritz.
