I took two cuttings from my Trinidad Scorpion Pepper plant to try to propagate it for a friend. I dipped them in rooting hormone powder and put them in a sphagnum peat/perlite mix and keep them in a sunny window in a humidity dome on a heating mat. They've been in there like 3 months and are not dead but not growing. I checked for roots a couple times a while back and they had nothing. I would've thought they would have died or grown by now. I'm getting tired of taking care of them. Can you propagate peppers this way?
