Can I use a solution of dish soap n distilled water to kill the fungus gnats or is there a more safer way to kill the bugs PLEASE HELP !! PLEASE !!

Set up those sticky yellow flytraps that you can hang, they should be gone within a few days. They love to land on those and they don't fly well at all.

Also if you have a question you could type specific keywords into the search bar (upper right hand corner) and you will most likely find many posts related to what you are searching for, that will probably answer your question.

Go buy a package of "Mosquito dunks" at the garden center. Put one quarter of one in your watering can. This will kill the larvae in the soil and stop future generations. Use sticky traps and manually kill the adults.

I second the hanging, sticky fly paper traps. They come in a little roll and work really well for an infestation. If it's not a full-blown infestation, my favorite method is to put drosera and pinguicula around. They appreciate it too.
