Fertilizing is unnecessary, but if you must, I recommend MaxSea 16-16-16 @ 1/4 recommended strength. Use as a foliar spray, as in, lightly misting the plants. Avoid applying in full sun and getting too much on the medium. In case you do, you will want to give your pot a good flush of water.

I have had great success with foilar feeding on my nepenthes but thats a whole different situation
I would not attempt this on my VFT's

Just to clarify Venus fly traps gets there fertilizer from insects so consider feeding your plant instead of the fertilizer

Use dried bloodworm or koi carp pellets.

The scientific theory I like best is that the rings of Saturn are composed entirely of lost airline luggage
