I read on the internet that the difference is only quality, energy efficiency, price and other things. They both have 6500k. Other reasons one should by one or the other ?

Tri means it uses 3 colours of the spectrum so am guess Multi uses more of the spectrum

I would go for the Tri at 6500k because you dont need any red (which is used in flowering plants)
