pollination question

so, my Capensis is about to flower. How exactly do you self pollinate? I remember a post a while back, where someone took a sequence of a flower and eventually making seeds. I did a search but couldnt find the exact one I was talking about... thanks everyone

For a capensis, you don't need to do anything. I don't think I ever NOT had one set seed. They'll self pollinate all by themselves.

ok
well, since we're talking about it... do you know what I'm talking about, Matt? Someone had a sequence of a flytrap flower in all stages of development. I'll try another search and I'll post it if I find it.
