Hey I have a sarracenia Carolina Yellow Jacket and I had no idea how cold I could leave my pitcher plant out for the winter. I guess for any one wondering I only brought it in once this winter when the weather got to about - 8 degrees Celsius but not before the pot froze solid. I re-potted the thing in April and it is growing well. I live in zone 8, and this winter we got a lot of below freezing weather. All divisions are growing well! Carolina Yellow Jackets can take below freezing very well in my experience so far! I hope this helps someone in the future!
