To put photos up, you must click "Post reply." Below the text box, it will have a couple tabs, Polls, Photo Upload, and something else. Click Photo Upload, and then pick the picture you want and upload it.
The way I prefer to upload photos is to host them on another website and then hotlink it to the forum. To do that, go to a hosting website, like imgur.com . Upload the photos there, and then copy the direct link. After you have it copied, create image brackets by clicking the "Img" button above the text box. This will appear:
Code: Select all
[img][/img]
Paste the link into the brackets, so it's like this:
Code: Select all

Then it will show up on the post like this:

Take that link and put it between the image brackets though. If you put it like this:
Code: Select all

and then it shows up directly on the forum like this though:

The photos have to be under 1MB in size. If the photo doesn't upload, that's the reason why.

Oh it's not showing up, you need the "Direct Link" or it won't be hot linkable. So upload the photo:
It's loading...

Then you need to copy "Direct Link:"

After, come to the forum, create the "Img" brackets by hitting the Img button above the text box and paste the "Direct link" into the "Img" brackets:

Then you get this:
