My mother pot of Low Giants was getting pretty crowded and showing some signs that the media was getting a little broken down (slowing in growth, not as healthy looking new growth, etc.), so I decided to repot it yesterday on my birthday
Here is a photo of the pot as I uprooted it and shook the lower layer of peat off the roots at the bottom of the pot. And in the below photo are a few plants sitting on the table waiting to be repotted after being removed from the long fiber sphagnum, which is a tedious and time consuming process. I will create a new thread on my observations of using LFS compared to peat-based mixes.
